Consisting of a steel structure, insulation sandwich wall panels, and a sandwich-panel roof, they are stable & FAST to assemble. Carecon offers a wide range of designs from different manufactures & works directly with customers to develop new customised designs ot their liking/taste.

The layout of a prefab home is flexible, and they can stack vertically up to two stories.

All designs are waterproof and fireproof and can typically hold longer lifespan.

Prefab homes are mainly used for residential purposes, but can also be used to meet the needs of construction companies, fieldwork camps, disaster relief teams & commercial purposes.
